Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of izipay livechat, including the website chat.izipay.me, the dashboard, the chat widget, the AI assistant and the API (together, the "Service"), operated by izipay livechat ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you may accept these Terms on its behalf.

1. Your account

• You must give a valid email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for all activity in your account and for the people you give access to.
• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• Tell us at support@izipay.me right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. The Service

• The Free plan includes live chat with limits described on the pricing page and shows "Powered by izipay livechat" in the widget.
• The Pro plan adds features listed on the pricing page for the period you pay for.
• AI replies are paid from your AI balance at the prices shown in the dashboard when the reply is generated.
• We may change, add or remove features. If a change materially reduces a paid feature during a paid period, we will offer a proportional credit.

3. Payments

• Prices are in US dollars. Payments are made in cryptocurrency (USDT or USDC) to the address shown on the invoice, plus the network fee shown before payment.
• You must send the exact amount on the network stated on the invoice. Funds sent on another network, in another token or to an expired invoice may be lost; we will try to help but cannot guarantee recovery.
• Pro is prepaid for the selected number of months and does not renew automatically. AI balance does not expire while your account is active.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

4. Your content and your visitors

• You own the content you and your visitors send through the Service, and the instructions, knowledge base and examples you add ("Customer Content"). You give us a limited license to host, process and transmit Customer Content only to provide and secure the Service.
• You are the controller of your visitors' personal data. You must have a lawful basis to collect it, inform visitors that the chat may be answered by AI, and publish a privacy notice on your website.
• You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. AI assistant

• The AI assistant generates replies automatically based on your instructions and knowledge base. Replies can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing how the assistant answers and for any commitments made to your visitors.
• AI replies are generated using third party model providers acting as our processors. We do not allow them to use your content to train their models.
• Do not use the assistant for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people, or for medical, legal or financial advice.

6. API

API keys are confidential. Keep them on your server. We may rate limit or revoke keys that are abused or exposed.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to support@izipay.me from your account email. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or the law, that put the Service or other customers at risk, or that are unpaid. Where possible we will give notice first.

8. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data or lost business. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your Customer Content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or the law, or your dealings with your visitors.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they apply. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.
