Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to every customer, team member and API user of izipay livechat. Breaking it may lead to removal of content, suspension or closure of the account without refund.

You must not use the Service to

• break any law, or help others break it, including consumer protection, privacy, anti spam, sanctions and export control laws;
• defraud or mislead people, impersonate another person or company, run phishing, collect passwords, card details or one time codes, or run scams of any kind;
• sell or promote illegal goods or services, weapons, drugs, gambling where it is not licensed, or services that facilitate money laundering;
• send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or malware;
• harass, threaten or discriminate against people, or share sexual content involving minors, non consensual intimate content or violent extremist content;
• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
• make the AI assistant give medical, legal or financial advice presented as professional advice, make decisions with legal effects on people, or produce content that is harmful or deceptive;
• hide from visitors that they may be talking to an AI when a law requires disclosure;
• try to break or bypass security, rate limits, domain restrictions, plan limits or billing, probe other customers' data, or reverse engineer the Service;
• use the AI assistant as a general purpose AI service for tasks unrelated to supporting your website visitors, or resell access to it;
• overload the Service or use automated means to create accounts or conversations.

Reporting

Report abuse to support@izipay.me with the website address and details. We review reports and act when a breach is confirmed.
